A New Jersey woman took out her frustrations with the cable company on a utility worker who was doing work on the cable lines in her neighborhood. Police say that 59-year-old Elena Gerlihman got into an argument with the Optimum worker and proceeded to turn off the power to his utility bucket, leaving him stranded in mid-air. She then "removed utility property from the truck and walked away."

Responding officers were able to restore power to the bucket and lower the worker down to the ground. Gerlihman was located by officers patrolling the neighborhood not far from the truck. She was arrested and charged with harassment, false imprisonment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Police did not say what sparked the argument between Gerlihman and the unidentified Optimum worker, or what she took from the truck.
