The Coast Guard gets a report of a dog lost in the waters off Fort Myers

A Coast Guard crew stationed off the Florida coast rescued a dog from “ruff” waters this week. The U.S.Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Beach crew was training offshore during their night patrol when they received “a call of a pup in distress,” according to the military service's Twitter.

We don't really know how the dog, who was a Senior, got in this predicament, but they managed to save him and his owner is eternally grateful.
