Being a best man or maid of honor is quite a role. Your loved one recognizes you as their number one bud, the person who they are first to run to when they’re feeling down. Will Claussen just got engaged, so naturally, he asked his brother Henry Joe, who has Down Syndrome, if he’d serve as the best man at his wedding. Will, who lives in Minnesota, had a whole plan in place to ask Henry Joe to be his best man. It involved a sandy lakeshore, a shovel, and a message in a bottle. In a video, Will has Henry Joe start digging. Will buried a glass bottle with a note in it that said: “Henry Joe, you’re already the best bro and the best friend, so will you say yes to being my best man? Love Will.” At first, Henry Joe can’t believe it and exclaims, “WHAT!?”
