This bear just wanted a little snack! A black bear walked into a gas station store on Vancouver Island and took a single pack of gummy bears before heading out.
Security footage shows the bruin browsing the store, taking the 70-cent pack in its mouth, and wandering back outside.
"Mr. Bear then went out in the parking lot and ate it," Jay deGoesbriand said. Jay was drinking a coffee while the bear was casually shoplifting.
A drought in the area means a shortage of berries for local bears to eat, which could result in them looking for sweets elsewhere.
