ROSE, THE LOST DOG, HAS BEEN FOUND AFTER 6 YEARS LIVING IN THE WOODS

A dog who went missing just 24 hours after being adopted has been found alive and well in England six and a half years later. The black Patterdale terrier, named Rose, was discovered living in the woods. The rescuers were alerted to her presence after neighbors told them they had been feeding a stray dog for years.

… A trap baited with chicken was used to capture Rose. The rescuers were shocked to find out that the dog had been reported missing all those years ago by a family who had only recently adopted her. The original family is unable to take Rose back, but they are happy to hear that she is safe. She is currently being cared for by an animal rescue organization and will be available for adoption soon.

They set up a camera in the woods to identify the stray roaming the area and got this video as they trapped the dog in a humane trap and got her to safety. Watch the video HERE
