James Shaw, who is in a wheelchair himself, needs help to help others through his WISH TO WALK Foundation: "I've been in their shoes. I've had Cerebral Palsy all my life and it affects every part of my body, and I saw where my parents struggled to get the things that were basic necessities. I physically couldn't turn people away when a wheelchair is just a basic necessity. It's their legs."
