Man gives up his first class seat for a mom and sick child

A mother and her 11-month-old baby got to enjoy the perks of first class thanks to the kindness of a complete stranger. Kelsy Zwick and her daughter Lucy were flying to Philly, where Lucy receives treatment for chronic lung disease. Before boarding the flight, an American Airlines flight attendant told the Zwick that a man at the front of the plane in first class had asked to switch seats with them
