An employee at a Miami Taco Bell was caught on phone video berating and trying to punch a customer who complained that his food was not cooked properly. Francisco Hernandez said he complained to a Taco Bell employee that his “chalupa was very hot, overcooked … the stuff just fell on the paper.” When he complained the cook came out of the kitchen and went after him. Taco Bell officials said the employee seen in the video has since been fired. More here
