A college student was able to get past Secret Service agents who screened him and into a restricted area of Mar-a-Lago last fall while President Trump was there for the Thanksgiving holiday, before agents realized that he wasn't a member of the Florida resort or a guest and removed him. ThePalm Beach Post first reported that Mark Slattery Lindblom, who's a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pled guilty yesterday (May 28th) to knowingly entering a restricted area of Mar-a-Lago. The judge sentenced him to one year probation and a $25 fine. The Secret Service said Lindblom, who was staying at a neighboring property with family at the time, was screened for weapons and didn't encounter Trump or the first lady while on the property before being apprehended.
