A four-year-old California boy loves Costco so much that he held his birthday party there. Armando Martinez had his party at the Costco in Norwalk, with family members and friends getting pizza and samples. His mother, Joanna Martinez, said Armando had been asking for a birthday party at Costco for months, but she'd dismissed it until he mentioned it at a friend's birthday party and other parents supported the idea. She called Costco's corporate offices and they told her it had never been done so they didn't know if it could be. But they were able to pull it off, and Costco even had food court staff make Armando's favorite foods and serve them. Martinez also made all the kids membership cards to wear instead of name tags, and adults played a game guessing the price of different products
