Sir Elton John cried in this video because he could no longer keep on performing at his Auckland concert in New Zealand because of his voice not sounding too good. He had paramedics come out and check his chest and in the end he had to go but he gave it his best shot to play right till the end and he was very upset letting his fans down. He's been diagnosed with walking pneumonia which is an infection caused by bacteria that mostly affects people's respiratory tracts. It's less severe than other forms of pneumonia, but can still leave people feeling sick.
