A drunk man with a hankering for some ice cream had his 13-year-old stepdaughter drive him to the store. The girl caught the attention of police when she nearly crashed into one of them. According to a police report, 42-year-old Javier Martinez-Aguilar was so drunk he struggled to get his license out of his wallet. He was arrested and charged with criminal negligence, before being booked into Lubbock County Detention Center.
