A new Disney+ special features Taylor Swift performing her new album folklore and telling the stories behind the music.
folklore: the long pond studio sessions dropped Wednesday (November 25th) morning at 12:01 a.m. PT. The film, directed by Swift, features the singer alongside co-producers Aaron Dessner(The National) and Jack Antonoff(Bleachers) and a guest appearance by Justin Vernon of Bon Iver.
Deadline reports that Swift, Dessner, Antonoff and Vernon created the album remotely and had never been in the same room together untilthe long pond studio sessions was recorded in upstate New York in September 2020.
