Police get some assistance from cows to end a high speed chase

You never know what could end a police chase. Early yesterday morning (June 1st) police in Barron County, Wisconsin say they had some unexpected assistance during a 13-mile vehicle pursuit. The chase ended on a farm when the suspect’s vehicle was blocked by a group of cattle. Police posted about the incident on Facebook, noting, “we would be remiss if we didn’t thank the Barron County Bovine Unit for jumping into the fray when the vehicle came into their patrol area.” They also note humans or animals were injured. The driver was taken into custody.
