Firefighters and animals services personnel worked together to save a macaw from a federal building in South Carolina.
The bird's owners said their pet, Miss Kelly, had flown away after being startled.
The rescuers managed to get Miss Kelly onto a perch and she was then rescued by animal services. She is now at home
