WATCH! Florida Congressional Candidate threatens a cop during traffic stop

Republican congressional candidate Martin Hyde is now apologizing for his behavior during a Valentine's Day traffic stop in Sarasota. The outspoken local business owner and former pro soccer player is challenging U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan in Florida's 16th district. Hyde's remarks follow a contentious traffic stop on Valentine's Day 2022 in Sarasota when he was stopped for reportedly speeding and texting. The entire encounter was caught on video and you can see it here, followed by his apology to the officer and those involved.
