Boaters off the British Columbia coast were shocked when a sea lion jumped aboard.
Ernest and Viesia Godek had turned off their boat's engine when they noticed killer whales in the area. Then, a sea lion, who was probably attempting to escape being hunted, jumped in and nearly capsized the vessel.
"The water started pouring into the boat...I was just hoping that we wouldn't totally tip over," Godek said. The sea lion weighed about 800 pounds. Fortunately, the boat did not flip over and the men were not injured
