Two inmates escape using a toothbrush but are later caught eating at IHOP!

Two inmates who escaped from a Virginia prison were captured at IHOP, according to the Newport News Sheriff's Office.

Arley Nemo and John Garza reportedly used a toothbrush and a metal object to make a hole to escape through a cell wall. They were discovered missing during a headcount, and were soon found thanks to a public tip.

Where were the inmates celebrating their short-lived freedom? At a local IHOP, at three in the morning!

The sheriff's office says the building and any potential weaknesses are being reviewed by engineers.
