A Cape Coral, Florida man fell through an attic while hiding from police officers last Thursday. When police arrived at 28-year-old Dylan Flore's residence, no one answered, but officers believed they heard someone enter through the garage.
Law enforcement entered the garage and tried to speak with Flore through a hatch. After an hour and a half, a K-9 unit arrived and Flore was discovered and pepper sprayed.
Still refusing to comply, he then fell through the ceiling and onto a bedroom floor. Flore was found with a clear glass tube that may have been used for smoking narcotics.
