Forgot to pack a lunch? A D.C. firefighter was responding to a report of a woman suffering from chest pain when he first stopped to pick up a Chick-Fil-A order. The firefighter claims he and his partner ordered through the app before the call came in, so they reportedly stopped for "literally a few minutes tops."
A report written by one of the firefighters claims "there was no delay in patient care or response."
The firefighter had his employment terminated by a trial board, and the second firefighter on duty at the time is awaiting a decision.
