CUSTOMER FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST DUNKIN’ OVER AN EXPLODING TOILET INCIDENT

A customer has filed a negligence lawsuit against Dunkin’ after he claims he was injured by an exploding toilet at one of the coffee chain’s locations in Winter Park, Florida. Paul Kerouac is seeking more than $100,000 in damages, alleging that he suffered severe and long-term injuries as a result of the explosion. According to the lawsuit, Kerouac was covered in human feces, urine, and debris after the incident and sought help from workers and the store’s manager. An employee reportedly acknowledged that there had been previous incidents with the toilet.
