In an attempt to reduce plastic use, Costco has stopped individually wrapping paper towel rolls.
TikToker Angelina Diaz, upset about this change, attempted to return her paper towels. Diaz says unwrapped paper towels get dirty and are harder to store.
"I was so upset. … You know how hard it is for me to store things when I am limited on space? And I appreciate that they are individually wrapped so I can make them fit," Diaz said.
Diaz was unable to successfully return the towels, and not everyone agrees with her view.
"I loved that Costco did this. I hated the extra plastic wrap around each roll," one viewer said
