A Florida fortune teller has been arrested for allegedly using her services as a ruse to rob people. Carola Mitchell is facing charges including robbery and kidnapping after reportedly stealing $12,000 from a potential customer in Ruskin last month. Mitchell is being accused of visiting the victim’s home and pulling out a gun once she was let inside. Investigators say Mitchell used her psychic services as a ploy “to gain entry into victim’s homes.”
