A diabetic woman from Sanford, Florida, was rushed to the hospital after accidentally putting nail glue in her eye instead of eye drops during a blood-sugar episode earlier in November. Edie Brianne Shipley, seen in the footage, told Storyful that she has type 2 diabetes and was experiencing a sugar episode in the middle of the night when her eye-drop alarm went off.
