59-year-old DonnaJean Wilde, of Alberta, set a new Guinness World Record with 1,575 pushups in an hour (female). Already a plank record holder, she credited her training for the achievement, surpassing the target, cheered on by 11 of her 12 grandchildren.
She already held the record for the longest female plank, now DonnaJean has completed the most push ups in one hour.
