Workers Rescue Fox With Snack Problem

A baby fox in Delaware Park had quite the Monday after getting its head stuck in a peanut butter jar — proving once and for all that wildlife loves snacks just as much as the rest of us. Luckily, two Middletown Township public works employees, Joe Judge and David Kavana, spotted the tiny troublemaker while clearing fallen trees.

Instead of running away, the fox waddled right up to them like, “Uh… little help here?” Judge held the furry peanut‑butter bandit while Kavana twisted the jar free, and off the fox went — probably rethinking its life choices. The township shared the adorable rescue online and reminded everyone to toss their trash so local wildlife doesn’t go dumpster‑diving for dessert.
