"America's Got Talent" finale - Who won?

The stars were out last night for the America’s Got Talent finale.

James Arthur hit the stage with young singer Evie Clair to perform one of her original songs during the finale last night at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The duo performed Evie’s song “Okay Day” before James segued into his smash hit song “Say You Won’t Let Go.”

James then welcomed singer Chase Goehring to the stage and they continued to sing the song.

Neither Chase nor Evie made it to the final five. Both of them were eliminated during the first results reveal of the night.

Former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson joined finalists Kechi and Angelica Hale on stage to sing her song “Stronger.” Kelly then went solo to perform her new single “Love So Soft.”

The finale of America’s Got Talent happened on the same exact stage where Kelly was announced the winner of the first season of American Idol.

Other performances included dance group Diavolo, who did unbelievable leaps off structures to “Sign of the Times” by Harry Styles, and Light Balance, who lit up the stage with their neon lights, killer dance moves and special guest Derek Hough.

The winner was Darci Lynne Farmer. The 12-year-old won the night with her incredible singing ventriloquist act, bringing her puppet, Petunia, back for a performance of “Anything You Can Do (I Can Do Better)” with fellow ventriloquist Terry Fator, who won season 2 of America's Got Talent.
