Mark Cuban lends his private plane for Puerto Rico relief effort

Mark Cuban loaned the Dallas Mavericks' team plane to help with hurricane relief in Puerto Rico. The plane is being used by 33-year-old Mavericks player and native Puerto Rican J.J. Barea to bring water, generators, food and lots of other necessities to be distributed throughout the island. Barea started a YouCaring crowdfunding effort for Hurricane Maria relief for Puerto Rico and has raised over $140,000. According to reports, Maria left "apocalyptic" devastation on the U.S. territory, including "flooding, crippled communications, decimated buildings" and ongoing threats, led by the potential collapse of the Guajataca Dam.
