A Chatham County Deputy Auditions for AMERICA'S GOT TALENT

Corrections Officer Mark Cartwright begins his quest towards winning America’s Got Talent on Sunday, November 19th at 9:00 AM at the Trade & Convention Center on Hutchinson Island. Mark has already passed one hurdle by being selected to audition for the popular TV show.

After his 39 years in country music as a singer/songwriter Mark Cartwright was inducted to the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame in 2013. He commented that being inducted to the Hall of Fame made him feel older than he is. Now he wants to show that he’s still up to the challenge. His audition will take place at the International Trade and Convention Center on Sunday, November 19th beginning at 9:00 AM. Mark will get the chance to perform in front of the judge’s panel of stars. Once he’s passed the audition Mark will need the support of the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office to help him through each round until he reaches the top.
