KELLY CLARKSON SHOWS LOVE TO FELLOW ‘VOICE’ COACHES IN NEW VIDEO

Kelly Clarkson made her big debut as a coach on the 14th season of NBC’s The Voice last night. The show shared an engaging new behind-the-scenes video featuring Clarkson’s first day on the job as she gears up for the new season.

In the clip, Clarkson shows love for her fellow judges, starting with Blake Shelton. Shelton makes the mistake of calling Clarkson out as a newbie on The Voice, with the singer reminding him that she mentored his team all the way back on the show’s second season.

She goes on to share that she’s toured with Adam Levine in the past, and even dishes that if she was into women, her woman of choice would be Alicia Keys, calling her “walking Zen.” “I am married,” the singer said. “But if I liked women, I’d like Alicia.”

Meanwhile, there’s a brand new feature being added to The Voice this season guaranteed to shake up the competition.

The new “block” feature will allow a judge to block another judge from being picked as a coach if he or she decides to turn their chair around.

“The block gives you the opportunity to block whichever coach you don’t want to take the artist that you want to get,” Alicia Keys explained.
