SPACE HOTEL TO COST $9.5 MILLION FOR 12-DAY STAY

A luxurious hotel in space is set to launch in 2021. A Houston-based space company called Orion Span has announced that it will be creating the first-ever luxury space hotel which will launch into the Earth’s orbit by 2021. ‘Aurora Station’ it will open its doors to visitors in 2022.

… Tourists will pay $9.5 million for a 12-day stay. The hotel in space will be as big as a large private jet’s cabin, which is 43.5 feet long and 14.1 feet wide. Aurora Station will house six people — four guests and two crew members.

… Guests will be allowed to roam freely in zero gravity while gaze upon the spectacular views of the Earth through the station’s windows. The station will orbit around the planet every 90 minutes and guests will get to witness the 16 sunsets and sunrises every 24 hours.
