Good samaritans rush to help 4 pedestrians injured in a 2-car crash

A serious car crash in Washington D.C. could have been even worse if a team of Good Samaritans hadn’t rushed to the rescue. Four pedestrians were injured in the two-car crash, which forced one of the cars onto a sidewalk. A group of unnamed passers-by lifted the car to free two of the pedestrians, who were teachers in town for a conference. All four injured pedestrians were hospitalized. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that both the teachers, who are from Opelika, are expected to be released in the near future.
