SUBWAY WORKER BLASTS AN AUDIOBOOK TO COMMUTERS BY MISTAKE

  • Riders at one subway station in Toronto, Canada got more than the usual entertainment on Thursday (May 10th.) Twitter user @seaofcakes walked by an elevator passenger assistance intercom in the station and heard something strange-- an audiobook of Dan Brown's Inferno was being played. She posted a video of the incident on Twitter, and tagged the subway service. They looked into it and eventually tweeted back, "Ok, I got in touch with a lead demon in the area, and it appears a ghost was taking a break near an intercom speaker and left a switch flipped - no actual possession involved. The situation should be resolved," with an upside down smiley face. A worker apparently had forgotten to turn off the intercom when he started listening to the audiobook.
