WATCH:Video of Milledgeville boy helping elderly woman up stairs goes viral

When an 8-year-old boy in Milledgeville, Georgia, saw a woman struggling to get up some steps, he didn't hesitate to jump in and help. Maurice Adams Jr. was with his mother when he saw the woman with her walker. He ran up the steps, put an arm around the woman, and helped her pick up her walker. The two made it up the steps with teamwork and celebrated with a big hug. After saying goodbye to the woman, Maurice ran back down the steps and hopped in his mom's car. His mom, Contrica Hill, didn't know it at the time, but a stranger was filming her son's good deed. He later tracked him down and gave him $100 for being such a special kid. 

Riley Duncan Jr. was driving home from his son's high school graduation Saturday in Milledgeville, Ga., when he says he witnessed something inspiring. An SUV stopped traffic and a young boy darted out. His name is Maurice Adams Jr and was on a mission. He ran toward an elderly woman with a walker who was struggling to climb a set of stairs near the road, Duncan said.  The boy helped her lift the walker. He tenderly placed his hand on the woman's back to steady her. He climbed with her the remainder of the way. 

The two made it up the steps with teamwork and celebrated with a big hug. After saying goodbye to the woman, Maurice ran back down the steps and hopped in his mom's car. His mom, Contrica Hill, didn't know it at the time, but Riley was filming her son's good deed. He later tracked Maurice down and gave him $100 for being such a special kid.
