WATCH: This lost Corgi finds family and internet fame.

A lost 15-year-old Corgi went viral after getting lost in a West Virginia storm. Pepper the Corgi was found by Matt Nelson, who almost hit him with his car. Nelson tried to find Pepper's owners but the dog wasn't microchipped. Luckily, Nelson happened to run a popular Twitter account called "We Rate Dogs." He posted photos of Pepper, and the Corgi quickly went viral, but no one could find its owner. Nelson's mom had a sneaking suspicion that the owner was an older man and they casually ran into Harry Wallace, Pepper's owner, as they drove around the neighborhood posting fliers. It was his dog!
