Boy whose lemonade stand was robbed at gunpoint gets surprise from Lowe's

 A 9-year-old North Carolina entrepreneur whose lemonade stand was robbed of $17 got a boost for one of his other business ventures. Mark’s lemonade stand is back in business, but the kid also works as a lawn mower, dog walker and professional ring bearer. Home improvement chain Lowe’s heard about the robbery and gave Mark a new $1,100 riding lawn mower a couple of days ago. Police are still searching for the teen who robbed Mark at his lemonade stand.


Police in North Carolina have arrested a male juvenile suspected of robbing a 9-year-old boy's lemonade stand of $17 over the weekend, authorities said Wednesday.

The Union County Sheriff's Office told Fox 46 the unidentified teen was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
