Runaway cow captured (and rescued) on New Jersey highway

A cow was determined to have its last taste of fresh, free air recently in New Jersey. On Thursday morning (December 27th), shortly before 3 a.m., police called the Skyland Animal Sanctuary Rescue for help when a cow managed to jump from the second level of a truck traveling Interstate 80 in Paterson. The cow was eventually captured and will live out the rest of her days at the sanctuary in Wantage, New Jersey.
