This New Jersey man is accused of insurance fraud after a video showed him faking a slip and fall injury. Authorities have video showing Alexander Goldinsky faking a fall in a cafeteria while doing work work for which he was hired. He looks around, drops a few ice cubes on the floor and laying down on the floor trying to make it look like he slipped and fell.
