Apparently some love their four-legged friends more than their human partners as travel companions. East Midlands Trains in the U.K. did a survey and found some pet lovers say their dogs are better company, better behaved, don't snore, and don't hog the bed, and 51 percent said they refused to go on vacation without their pets. Many admitted that nerves is the main reason for them to avoid traveling on a train with their pets, and 33 percent even said they believed dogs are not allowed on trains. The train company has launched a collection of "dog friendly provisions" on select routes to encourage people to take their dogs along.
