They Implanted A Tooth In His Eye, Now He Can See

Brent Chapman of North Vancouver, Canada, regained sight in one eye after 20 years of blindness through a rare “tooth-in-eye” surgery. The unusual procedure involved implanting a prosthetic lens into one of his teeth and then placing it in his eye to restore vision. Now able to see at near-normal levels, Chapman calls the experience life-changing after decades without being able to see or make eye contact.
