President Donald Trump kicked off the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday with by lacing into Arnold Schwarzenegger, who replaced him in his gig as host of The Celebrity Apprentice. (Remember, Trump is still an Executive Producer of the show...but if you've watched it, you know Arnold is listed as one too.)
He said: "They hired a big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place, and we know how that turned out. The ratings went right down the tubes. It's been a total disaster. And Mark (Burnett) will never, ever bet against Trump again, and I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings."
Schwarzenegger slapped right back at Trump in a Facebook video, offering to swap places. Watch...
- Luis Gonzalez on Facebook.com writes, “Just have Trump look at his embarrassing approval numbers, the lowest. Such a disaster. It look over two years for W. Bush to be the most hated recent president. Trump accomplished the feat in just 8 days.”
- Michael Lee Romer on Facebook.com writes, “I fully support this! And the ratings for the Apprentice TANKED when he was there. Not when you took over. You are trying to revitalize a DEAD show. But he won't admit that.”
- Derek Olsen on Facebook.com writes, “Damn Arnold. I used to love you man. You were the idol of every young man when I was growing up. I even hoped for good things when you took over the apprentice. But what has happened to you?”
