Fake money is showing up in Savannah, money which is intended to look real in movies shot locally.

Savannah Pedicab takes trips for tips, and some of the money they have received recently has absolutely no value. Employees showed some of the fake bills they have received and at first glance, it looks like cash money, but it does in fact say “For Motion Picture Use Money” printed on the bills. The owner of Savannah Pedicab says this has been alarming for him and he has spoken to other business owners who are getting these same fake bills.

It is very important for you to take a close look at the money you receive. So if you receive money at a retail outlet and see "FOR MOTION PICTURE USE MONEY" on it (see below) do not accept it and report the issue to police.
