Starbucks is being sued over the Unicorn Frappuccino it debuted last month, which drew all kinds of social media buzz and drove the baristas who had to make it a little bit nuts. Brooklyn coffee shop The End is claiming that the Unicorn Frappuccino was a rip-off of their Unicorn Latte. The lawsuit points out the similarities betweeen the two drinks, including that they are both pink and blue and that they both don't contain any coffee. The End introduced the drink last December and said they filed paperwork for ownership of the name the next month. However, Starbucks denies they copied The End's drink, saying they were inspired to create the Unicorn Frappuccino by the unicorn trend on social media.
