Here's one way a realtor can gain attention for a property

Real estate listings are generally pretty predictable, but not this one. Donna Kerr is a long-time real estate agent in Washington, D.C., and decided to deck out her agency’s properties with fun Halloween décor for the month of October in an attempt to lift people’s spirits amid the pandemic. She has a group of skeletons that appear in the listing photos, including the 12-foot skeleton that became a social media sensation and sold out at Home Depot in September. Kerr and her team say they spend hours decorating each home with small-sized skeletons from her personal collection and the massive $300 ones from Home Depot to make each home pop. The skeletons can be seen doing normal things inside the homes, from showering to drinking coffee or even dancing in the living room.
