The Denver International Airport officially has the world's largest airport animal therapy program. The CATS program now has 84 dogs and one cat. Animals are brought around the airport wearing vests that read "pet me."
"The continued growth of the program is a testament to the positive impact it has on travelers," airport CEO Phil Washington said. "We are extremely proud of our CATS program and grateful for all the volunteers who donate their time to bring joy to our passengers and employees."
