Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials came to the rescue when a young bull moose became entangled in a volleyball net in Breckenridge recently. Wisely, the rescuers sedated the moose before they tried to untangle him from the net. Then they helped him stand upright so that he could breathe easily while the effects of the drug wore off. The moose then headed back to the woods.
