It's one of the most famous recording studios in the world; imagine all the people who have been there! And now Paul McCartney, Elton John, and Ringo Starr will be in the new Abbey Road Studios Documentary directed by Paul’s daughter, Mary McCartney.
The trailer for If These Walls Could Sing released on Monday (Nov. 14) teases the story of the iconic music that was recorded there.
Elton John says, “When you enter a place with so much history around it, it’s kind of sacred in a way.”
The clip is packed with fond remembrances and photos from several rock stars, as well as their friends and family.
Mary McCartney shared a baby photo of her laying on the studio floor on a blanket. Now 53, she says Abbey Road has been part of her life for as long as she can remember.
Look for the documentary to begin streaming on Disney+ December 16. Here's a preview:
