Man adrift at sea for 24 days survived largely by eating...ketchup!

Elvis Francois, a 47-year-old Dominican man, survived for more than three weeks on a bottle of ketchup when he was lost in the Caribbean Sea, before being rescued in the waters of Colombia. He was working on the repair of a sailing boat near the Caribbean Island of Saint Martin in December when the boat was swept into the open sea due to the bad weather. He became lost, but found a bottle of ketchup on the boat and says that is what he survived on for 24 days.
