Damar Hamlin has partnered with the American Heart Association to launch the “3 For Heart” challenge to raise awareness for CPR training. The initiative includes three steps: learning hands-only CPR, donating to the AHA, and challenging three people to do the same. Hamlin was recently saved by CPR on the field during an NFL game, and is now advocating for the life-saving procedure. He has also called out celebrities such as Tom Brady, LeBron James, and Michelle Obama to participate in the challenge.
