At age 96 Mel Brooks isn't done yet. He is finishing up a sequel to his classic comedy "The History Of The World Part 1."
The trailer for Hulu’s upcoming sketch comedy variety series History of the World, Part II was released Monday. The series begins March 6 with two episodes. After 40 years, this is the sequel to the classic Mel Brooks film, History of the World, Part I, with each episode featuring a variety of sketches that take us through different periods of human history.
… The new series will feature a number of famous faces, including: Jason Alexander, Fred Armisen, Margaret Cho, Andy Cohen, Rob Riggle, George Wallace, Zazie Beetz, Dove Cameron, Danny DeVito, David Duchovny, Josh Gad, Johnny Knoxville, Emily Ratajkowski, Seth Rogen, Sarah Silverman, Taika Waititi, and others. The series stars Mel Brooks, Wanda Sykes, Nick Kroll, and Ike Barinholtz.
